Sesshomaru x Rin

Anyone who saw this scene in the anime would have to admit he loves her.  I have never seen him so devastated as he was when Tenseiga didn't bring her back.  The longer they are together the more precious she became to her lord.  The anime did not show his tears but they were on the inside along with a good amount of guilt for not protecting her.  I love this rendition of the most heartbreaking moment in Sesshomaru's life.  I don't think loosing his father hurt as badly as realizing he had lost Rin.  When she was revived I saw Sesshomaru soften into someone who could truly love another being with all his heart.  He can no longer hide what we all knew all along, he loves Rin more than anyone or anything in his life.
